To ensure every products meet our customer expectation or avoiding the broken products we allow our customer to send back any problems product respect to the bellow conditions:

Duration: All items must send within 7 Day after receipt, after this period we will not respond

Broken Products: we usually send out the original box products which some time unexpectedly mark or hole, in this we are 1000% accept the shipping back. However, items must unused and sending with the original box.

Unlike: To ensure customer love what they order we are offer the right to ship back the unlike product, in this case client respondsible fore both ways shipping.
If you are meet the return policy requirement the total order amount will be refund, however we ask every client to check detaiuls before sending back to saving shipping cost and time.

In case of hole or unlike products we offer the exchangeable option, however the price for the new product will be base on the option you choose, the duration of the new shipping will be the same as the first order. For the personalize product made like size, color, logo, name, or company name are not able to change.
